19. Delivery Information

Deliveries Outside Major Cities

Orders outside major cities are delivered through third‑party couriers such as Leopards, M&P, or TCS. Delivery time is typically 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on courier operations.

Deliveries Within Major Cities

Local deliveries are handled by partnered couriers or riders and are usually completed within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we try to deliver as quickly as possible.

20. Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are issued only if the returned item is found faulty after inspection.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind, as opened products cannot be resold.
